Meet my new baby Devina Eilian, he was bought from xminxicat and gifted to me by Sixbane who is an amazing girlfriend and I'm sorry you had to spend 20 bucks on me but thank you, I wanted him the moment I laid eyes on him /v\

Eilian (which means second or moment in time in Welsh) is the being of mnemonics and chronology in my main RP with Sixbane and he is the son of Arceus and Mew (yes it's a Pokemon RP that's spanned over the past almost 6 years), he has the ability to see, erase, and alter the repressed or remembered memories of those around him by using manifestations called "Time Petals" which he can create at a whim. He also has the ability to alter and correct fixed points in time by utilizing the clock in his left eye; the minute and hour hands actually move too; because yes, time can be rewritten (any Doctor Who fan/any fan of time traveling science fiction shall get that). Eilian doesn't always like to alter time however but as long as it isn't a drastic change he is perfectly alright with it.
